What BizPilot is

An AI office manager. It reads what you connect, drafts replies, quotes, invoices, texts and posts, and asks you to approve each one. It only sends when you tap yes. You are responsible for what you approve.

Early access

Founding seats are early-access software. It may break, be wrong, or go offline. Check anything important before you act on it. We will fix problems as fast as one small team can.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your password private and tell us if you think it has been shared.
• You confirm you are allowed to connect the accounts you connect, and that you will tell your customers they may be replying to an AI-drafted message.
• No unlawful, abusive or spam use. We can close an account that breaks this.

Payment and cancellation

Founding seats are £69 a month, locked at that price for as long as you keep the account. Nothing is charged until we tell you billing has started. Cancel any time, no notice period. Ask and your copy and all its data are deleted within 7 days.

Liability

We are not liable for lost data, missed calls or messages, wrong drafts, or any loss arising from using BizPilot, beyond the fees you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your content and ours

What Biz drafts for you is yours. The BizPilot platform, its prompts and the Biz character are ours. Feedback you give us we can use freely to improve the product.
