Questions people ask
Will it send something I didn't want?
No. Every email, invoice, text and post waits for your tap. And there's an eight-second Undo after every yes.
I'm not techy. Will I cope?
You talk to Biz like a person. It asks you questions in plain words, one at a time. There is nothing to learn and no manual.
Where does my data go?
Your BizPilot runs as its own sealed copy on our UK-managed servers. To draft and understand things it uses AI services from Anthropic, and connections through Composio, ElevenLabs and Telnyx. Your data is never shared with other customers or sold.
What do I need to start?
A phone and your business email. Connect calendar, WhatsApp, accounting and payments later, when you're ready. Each one adds a new kind of decision card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, no notice period. Ask and your copy and all its data are deleted within 7 days.
Is it finished?
Honestly, no. Founding seats are early access. Things will change and sometimes break. Founding customers get the price locked for life for putting up with that, and a direct line to the person building it.
